Sadly this week we had some antisocial behaviour again at the centre. Some youths gathered and climbed onto the roof & it appears that a piece of parapet was thrown onto one of our commemorative benches - breaking the back of the bench. If there is anyone in the community who could restore the bench for us please? We would love some help please, as these benches are so well used at Greyfriars. Thank you!

Retraining the nervous system and reconnecting to the body can be beneficial in relieving pain and counteracting the impact of stress, helping to restore our overall wellness. Sound bath and relaxation sessions.... Take time to rest, reset and restore with a deeply relaxing sound healing experience led by Jayne Evans. Gentle vibrations and soothing tones from singing bowls help calm the mind, ease stress and anxiety, and support better sleep and overall wellbeing. The first session is free, with subsequent sessions just £10. Join us on Friday mornings, at 10am and allow yourself a moment of calm in your week.
