Each hall that is available to hire at Greyfriars comes with its own kitchen so that you can provide refreshments or even to prepare a full meal. We also have a walk-in cold store available to you.

There are ‘Airpots’ (hot water flasks) available and these are extremely useful for smaller groups that don’t want to interrupt their session for a coffee/tea break!

Planning an outside event? Greyfriars has a lawn, gazebo and barbeque available to hire – please enquire at reception.

Our three commercial grade, fully equipped kitchens are available to hire as part of room hire or independently. We have a Special Events team who can cater for your event or occasion, however we can also put you in touch with local caterers.

Audio visual equipment is available for hire in situ or portable.
