Jon would like to encourage men to take up yoga as a way of improving and maintaining physical fitness and mental wellbeing. No matter how fit or unfit you may be there is always some benefit to be gained from a yoga practice. Jon’s classes are not an aerobic practice, but a well balanced practice of posture work, breath work and relaxation.
